Spa Refund Policy:

Upon booking, we will require a credit/debit card to have on file to hold your appointment. Beauty Innovations, respectfully reminds our valued clients of our cancellation policy. We kindly request that any rescheduling or cancelations be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in a cancellation fee. For our regular facials the cancellation fee is $105, but for our hydrafacials, peels, and micro needling appointments, we charge the full amount of the service if you cancel under 24 hours. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa services. Thank you for your continued support.

We cannot offer refunds on Gift Cards, Spa Gift Certificates, Spa Packages, Products, or Special Offers— all sales are final. Some services in Spa Gift Certificates or Packages may be exchanged for services of equal or lesser value. A gift certificate is required to book an appointment before it expires. Expired certificates or spa packages cannot be refunded or used for appointments.
