Welcome to Beauty Innovations. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, services, online booking options, promotions, gift cards, packages, and other offerings made available by Beauty Innovations at https://beautyinnovations.net/.

By using our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a product, gift card, package, membership, or special offer, or otherwise interacting with Beauty Innovations, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About Beauty Innovations

Beauty Innovations provides skincare, facial, spa, aesthetic, and beauty-related services in Marina del Rey, California. Information on our website is provided for general informational and promotional purposes only.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of our website, services, pricing, promotions, or policies at any time.

2. Appointments and Booking

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or through third-party booking platforms used by Beauty Innovations.

When booking an appointment, you may be required to provide a valid credit or debit card to hold your appointment. By providing your payment information, you authorize Beauty Innovations or its booking/payment provider to charge applicable fees in accordance with our cancellation, no-show, and refund policies.

Appointment availability, service providers, treatment times, and pricing may vary and are subject to change.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Beauty Innovations respectfully asks that any appointment rescheduling or cancellation be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee.

For regular facials, the cancellation fee is $105.

For Hydrafacial, peel, and microneedling appointments, cancellations made under 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be charged the full amount of the service.

Beauty Innovations reserves the right to apply cancellation or no-show fees to the payment card on file.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time so that other scheduled appointments are not affected.

If you arrive too late for your appointment to be completed properly, Beauty Innovations may need to reschedule your service, and cancellation or no-show fees may apply.

5. Payments

Payment may be required at the time of booking, at the time of service, or through a third-party booking or payment platform.

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Beauty Innovations reserves the right to correct pricing errors, update service pricing, change promotional offers, or discontinue services at any time.

6. Refund Policy

Beauty Innovations does not offer refunds on Gift Cards, Spa Gift Certificates, Spa Packages, Products, or Special Offers. All such sales are final.

Some services included in Spa Gift Certificates or Spa Packages may be exchanged for services of equal or lesser value, subject to approval by Beauty Innovations.

A gift certificate must be used to book an appointment before it expires. Expired gift certificates or spa packages cannot be refunded and cannot be used for appointments.

Completed services are non-refundable.

7. Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, Packages, and Memberships

Gift cards, gift certificates, spa packages, memberships, prepaid services, and promotional offers may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, restrictions, or limitations.

Gift cards and certificates are not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Lost, stolen, expired, or unused gift cards, gift certificates, or package credits may not be replaced or refunded.

Memberships, if offered, may be managed through a third-party platform and may be subject to that provider’s additional terms.

8. Promotions and Special Offers

Promotional offers, discounts, and special pricing are subject to availability and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.

Promotions may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. Some services may be excluded from promotions.

Beauty Innovations reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion or special offer.

9. Treatment Results and Expectations

Beauty, skincare, and aesthetic treatment results vary from person to person. Beauty Innovations does not guarantee specific results from any treatment, service, product, package, or skincare recommendation.

The information, photos, testimonials, descriptions, and examples on our website are provided for general informational purposes only. Individual experiences and outcomes may vary based on skin type, age, lifestyle, medical history, treatment plan, aftercare, and other factors.
